At the start of my work in the beauty industry, I quickly realized I had found my niche and discovered a career I am passionate about. Being part of the commitment my clients make to practice self-care and feel good about themselves gives me such joy and inspiration. I have a strong desire to follow a more natural, organic nail care regimen and look forward to sharing that with my clients. After graduating from the Paul Mitchell partner school in Rockville MD. I specialize in lived in color, as well as clippered, scissored, and razor haircuts.

There are so many aspects about what I do that I love. Meeting new people, gaining friendships and building confidence is definitely number one. I also totally love the creative side of things, using hair as a canvas to create something beautiful. In 2007, I graduated from The Temple – a Paul Mitchel partner school. Since then I have practiced hair cutting, coloring, and styling at some of Frederick’s finest salons. In 2020, I decided it was time to branch out and open a salon of my own – That Hair Witch.

We work closely with local nonprofits like the Heartly House, to provide free makeovers for victims of domestic abuse. We’ve set up a program with Frederick County Department of Social Services to provide confidence boosting makeovers for at risk or transitional teens.
We’ll also show you how to maintain your new style after you leave the salon. Starting at a very young age, I remember going to the hair salon with my mom and knowing it was what I wanted to do when I grew up. I'd like to say that I've always had an artistic spark to me. As a freshman in high school, I worked in a salon as a shampoo girl and worked my way up from there.

I’m so excited to join the Structures Salon and Spa family and the Frederick community! I recently moved to the area from the Chicagoland area and am looking forward to exploring my new home and meeting new people. We drive up to this location because of their service and how much we love them. I drive almost a half hour each way just to have my hair cut here. Steve is my go to but everyone there will give you a great cut. We only use products (shampoo, conditioner, dye) from prestigious beauty brands to ensure they are nourishing and gentle on your hair.
I have taken many advanced education courses thru Redken, TIGI, Xtreme Lashes, Norvell Tanning, J Beverly Hills, Eufora, and more!! I even attended MUD, Make Up Designory School, in Burbank, CA. I have a passion for teaching that I can fulfill at Structures mentoring other apprentices. I pride myself on listening to what a client wants and giving them a product that makes them smile.
